What If GOD...
I found this article this morning and I was very blessed..
We tend to run from God when we sin. We hide from Him when we mess up. We stand cowering in the corner of the ruins of our lives, scared to approach Him or face Him or ask Him for anything in the way of help because we’re afraid He’s mad at us. We’re afraid we’re too big of a mess for Him to possibly love us.
We are pitifully human and entirely uncertain. We are, in a sense, Louie. But…what if it’s possible that if I in all my fleshly and fallible and imperfect humanity found something so sympathetic and so worthy of love in Louie….that maybe, just MAYBE…God isn't turned off or angry or unsympathetic to us in the midst of OUR messes?
What if it is, in fact, exactly the opposite?
What if God sees us standing there so hopeless and helpless and ensnared in the chaos of our own bad choices and instead of turning His back on us, it makes Him long to open His arms even wider to us?
What if we've been wrong about Him all along? What if He only hates the sin because of what it’s done to our lives but is still passionately in love with the sinner?
What if He looks beyond the dirt and the muck and the filth and the garbage that we've cluttered our lives with and sees only the beautiful, pure, precious heart of His child beating underneath?

It's Life

Gentlemen, when your lady stops speaking her mind to you (nagging to an immature man), stops being a lil possessive, stops asking where are you going, stops wearing make up to look beautiful for you, stops asking “how was your day”, stops questioning your whereabouts when it is obvious she should be, you might as well hang it up, partner!

Silent Goodbye
From the first heated steps of a skulking by
To the last cold breath of 'I hate you'!
These things take too much effort
To make it worth my while
If you think that you know what I'm thinking
It won't ever do to correct you
Why should I care if you think you're right
When the answer's all over your face?
This is a silent goodbye
To a fated mistake
An unwitting arrow
Pointing to the road that you'll never take

From a quick half-glance in the hallway
To the slow dull stare of the dawn

Words from My Warrior King
As His Princess, this is what my Warrior King told me..
I need to choose my battles!
Every day can be a fight for something or with someone if I so choose. He wants me, His princess warrior, to choose my battles wisely, and fight for the things worth fighting for. There are so many things that stand against me in the battlefield, and there are so many worthy causes. But the enemy of my soul will entice me to fight the wrong battles in order to distract me from my main mission. I need to remember, that my fight is not against flesh and blood, but against evil forces in the spiritual realm.
When I find myself in the midst of a war, I should not be afraid. I will call on Him in prayer and allow Him to deliver me. In His timing, He will give me the victory and bring justice to my afflicted soul. So I will not waste my time fighting the wrong battles. And I will never forget that the spiritual war is fought and won on my knees by my Warrior King, Yeshua Hamasiah!

Love the LORD
The LORD created us to love, but we cannot truly love the LORD if we are in love with the world, 1 John 2:15. When we love Him as we ought to, there will be little room within our hearts for this world or what it has to offer. But, when our love for Him wanes, then something else will fill its place. When you and I choose a path through life that leads us gradually away from the Lord and steadily toward the world, we should not be surprised when we wake up one day and find ourselves miles away from the Lord.
Backsliding begins very subtly. You miss a day or two praying and studying your Bible and before you know it, your mind isn’t on the LORD, but on the things of the world. You start to pay attention to that pretty young lady or that handsome young man at work and before you know it, you are in trouble. The devil never lays all of his cards on the table, but he comes slyly by enticing the heart and the mind, and before you realize it, you are in serious trouble!
Think about the Prodigal Son, Luke 15:11-24. When he left the father’s house, he was just seeking a good time. He just wanted to live it up for a few days. But, before too many days had passed, he found himself in a place he could never have imagined. He learned the lesson that “Sin will take you farther than you want to go; keep you longer than you want to stay; and cost you more than you want to pay.”
When you and I feed the flesh, we will find that its appetite grows beyond our control. It will demand more than we can give it! Be careful what you allow into your life. It might be your pleasure today, but it may become your master tomorrow!
