Get It Right

What have I done? I wish I could run. Away from this ship going under. Just trying to help, hurt everyone else. Now I feel the weight of the world is on my shoulders.

Can I start again with my faith shaken? Cause I can't go back and undo this. I just have to stay and face my mistakes. But if I get stronger and wiser, I'll get through this.

 
What can you do when your good isn't good enough? When all that you touch tumbles down? Cause my best intentions keep making a mess of things. I just want to fix it somehow. But how many times will it take to get it right?

So I throw up my fist. Throw a punch in the air. And accept the truth, that sometimes life isn't fair. I'll send down a wish. I'll send up a prayer. 

And finally, someone will see how much I care..

 

So help me, LORD..

Attitude

The longer I live, the more I realize the impact of attitude on life. Attitude, to me, is more important than facts. It is more important than the past, the education, the money, than circumstances, than failure, than successes, than what other people think or say or do. 

It is more important than appearance, giftedness or skill. It will make or break a company, a family...a home. The remarkable thing is I have a choice everyday regarding the attitude I will embrace for that day. I cannot change my past. I cannot change the fact that people will act in a certain way. I cannot change the inevitable. The only thing I can do is play on the one string I have, and that is my attitude. 

I am convinced that life is 10% what happens to me and 90% of how I react to it. And so it is with you...I am in charge of my Attitudes.

Material goods promise fulfillment, happiness, and meaning. We work our lives away to acquire new cars, fashionable clothes, and expensive homes. They end up breaking their promises, tricking us, and leaving our souls unsatisfied. We expect the beautiful Rachel, but we're left with the weak-eyed Leah (Genesis 29).

Your desire indicates what you value. Thus, it should be pointed heavenward, towards the only One who truly satisfies. "Store your treasures in heaven, where moths and rust cannot destroy, and thieves do not break in and steal." Matthew 6:20.

Hmmmm, lagi pengen nulis niiih.. Udah lama juga ga bener2 nulis sesuatu disini, kebanyakan cuma posting foto2 dan artikel tentang bisnis doang. Tapi hari ini bener lagi pengen nulis gara2 keinget suatu kata yang belakangan ini sering banget aku denger baik di Tv, baca di majalah or internet, Galau. Oh well. 

Apa sih definisi Galau? Apa sih Galau itu? Apa Galau itu mengerikan? Apa penulis blog sedang galau? (kalo yang ini jawabannya adalah: no comment! ^^)

Kata ini emang lagi populer banget khususnya dikalangan ababil alias ABG labil, tapi bukan berarti yang ngaku udah dewasa ga bisa galau dooong.. ;) Lucu aja kalo dengar orang nyebut kata itu lately. Padahal sebenernya Galau bukan sebuah kata baru loh. Dari zaman dulu itu kata udah ada di kamus bahasa Indoneaia, cuma penggunaannya lebih ke konotasi yang serius.Nah skarang ini kata Galau lebih dipake untuk lucu2an buat ngegambarin kondisi seseorang yg lagi ga jelas.. ^_^


Anyway, let's see apa aja defenisi kata Galau yg bisa aku dapet dari hasil investigasiku di dunia maya.. (hadeeehhh...penting ga seeeeh...?! @_@)

• Galau adalah keadaan dimana seseorang bingung untuk menentukan pilihan.. Merasa susah apa yg akan terjadi nantinya. Apakah sesuai harapan atau tidak. Apakah ini benar atau salah. Apakah ini yg terbaik....bimbang.. #versi orang galau

Dari apa yg aku baca, pengertian galau-galau di atas, aku memutuskan bahwa galau itu ternyata ga enak yaa.. @_@ Semoga aja kamu2 yang skarang ini lagi galau cepet ilang galaunya, moga yang ga galau yaa ga usah kena galau, moga yang masih kepingin galau yaa monggooo silahkan dicobaaa.. Aku sih ga deh, kurang kerjaan banget ngisi hari dengan perasaan yg ga jelas gitu.. ^_^
